Definitely deserves more than 3 start rating that it is currentlynnRecently had rooms refurbished which are nice and comfortable , really friendly front of house staff on the whole, made us feel welcome.nLovely breakfast which had smashed avocado which was rare to see but lovely.nnGenuinely can't fault our stay so giving it 5 star!
The renovated rooms are fine but the water pressure is impossible on the 2nd floor. Alerted them twice about the shower unusable and the toilet weak single flush. No idea if the maintenance man looked in as promised. No offer of any kind of compensation. Won't be back.
Went while doing the nc500 as my wife got fed up of sleeping in camper van. It's been recently renovated, comfy beds and clean,similar to a premier inn...breakfast included and £30 evening meal voucher
Asked for low level room due to having health issues got third floor level and worst shower in my experience could not wash off shampoo very poor. Food however was OK. But would not use again
The hotel has cancelled a booking for 6 rooms less than a week before our group are due to arrive. No detailed explanation provided despite our booking being made several months ago and being confirmed up to one week before arrival. Appalling poor and disappointing business practice by the hotel.
