At house on the point we enjoyed a really fantastic stay. The whole house looks very aesthetic, neat and clean, held in white and light blue colours. Everywhere you can find nice decorating items refering to sea and harbour, like mussels, a little ship or a small lighthouse. Angus, the owner, did a really good job! Breakfast is continental and served at the rooms, so if you want you can have breakfast in bed as well. Every room has it's own fridge with fresh milk and homemade jam, and even enough space remaining for cooling down some cans of beer :-) Angus is not only running this hotel, he is also a fantastic landscape photographer who also runs courses in photography. His passion is visible everywhere in the house: every wall holds one or more of his fantastic photographs in large prints, and a collection of his photos (about one hundred or so) can also be seen on the flat tv in every room. Even postcards with his motives are offered for purchase. Angus also gives tips and hints about good places for taking photos. Just ask him, he is a very nice guy (like all the Scots people we met). The only bad thing was that we booked for only a single night! Angus, we really fell in love with your neat little hotel and will definitely come back!
