Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great bathrooms. Breakfast is good. Brilliant location. Amazing value for money.

A very comfortable sleep on a miserable day, tv a bit difficult to watch when snuggled up in bed, as it is on an angle.  We were in one of the front rooms upstairs and view superb. We were not very adept at using the shower but facilities and breakfast all excellent. It was quite close to the centre of town where we enjoyed an excellent meal at the Calendonian Hotel

Lovely overnight stay. Hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about area. Family room spacious. Full occupancy but hosts coped well at breakfast. Would definitely recommend
