We stayed here for one night while travelling the NC500 for 5 weeks in our campervan. After another park up space let us down we rang here and they had space for us. Beautiful site, well maintained and pitches are big. Grass was cut neatly and looked very nice. Washing up area great, hot water and plenty of sinks and all indoors. Two toilet and shower blocks, all clean and lots of toilets and sinks. Didn’t feel very warm inside and I went for a shower at 9pm before bed as we’d been out hiking all day and I was cold and none of the showers worked so maybe they are only on a certain time? Anyway I had a hot shower in the morning. £32 for the two of us with electric hook up. Great views of the boats coming into harbour.
Great campsite. Good facilities little dated but all we needed was a warm shower. Extremely stunning views great spot. If you plan on a water front pitch prepare for an extra £20 deposit of a cable protector to go across the sites road to the hook up point.nWe stayed and luckily enough the northern lights we able to view in the middle of the night.nEasy and short walk into town and hikes. Make sure you visit the seafood shack for dinner & cult for breakfast. These were both the highlight meals on our NC500 trip. Loved our stop at Ullapool one of our favourite stops
Beautiful spot in Ullapool. Clean and calm, plenty of showers and toilets. Local pubs amazing Seafood Shack restaurant and big Tesco supermarket nearby. Please try Seascape Expeditions tour. The best thing to do in Ullapool. Unforgettable experience for us.
Decent caravan/campsite. Toilets and showers were clean, but they need to reconsider their toilet paper dispenser - behind your back and tiny squares, which means the cubicle looks like someone just got married, with confetti everywhere.nThe ground is very rocky for pitching a tent or awning - I think I ruined half of my tent pegs trying to get them into the ground.nDecent views up Loch Broom.
Location superb, large site and lots of space… The facilities especially the shower area good do with a upgrade and a clean during the day… I love Ullapool and all it has to offer however this site could do with a bit of investment…
