Daughter took me for Mothers day. The staff where well friendly. It's very reasonable priced. Recommend for a family or couples you won't be sorry.

Where do I start list can go on and on! Firstly at a glance looks clean and tidy but once you sit down and take a deeper look around you'll notice many tables still have tableware/ cutlery from previous diners, tables sticky, floors not clean at all remnants of left over food and crumbs everywhere. Secondly once you get your order (could be over an hour later) you need to make sure you've got what you paid for and your food is cooked and hot to the standard it should be! I say this because we had items missing, food was not very warm and was very basic. Ordered a cappuccino got half a cup of Likud warm milk and froth! Thirdly you will need to try and track down the staff to raise your complaints if you have any and although some staff are/seem happy to help others are very rude and genuinely unhelpful! Obviously will not be returning and DO NOT recommend

Dirty, everywhere felt a looked grimey. No soap in men's toilets. Staff were friendly, and the chef came out to talk to people who needed specific allergy advice. However: The food wasn't hot, my medium-rare steak was like a piece of leather and it took quite a long time even considering the busy period we visited.

Billy really good front of house. Not a great experience for our group from the chefs behalf, but billy remained calm and sorted the problem out . Great work!

Went here for mothers day had a lovely meal with my family most of the staff was lovely but one young man called Tom was absolutely great he was such a well mannered young man and so helpful. So how surprised was I when I went back with friends on 15th March to find that this very polite young man wasn't there then to find that he had lost his job over somethink so stupid Wot was you thinking green king management losing such a lovely and polite young man like Tom
