Have used Balti Express since Christmas after being recommended by our neighbour who has used them for years. Without a doubt would not go anywhere else for our Indian takeaway, the food is out of this world, incredible service, these guys have no competition whatsoever. Would highly recommendFood: 5/5
Today 100 teachers were catered for end of term lunch. Every single person said how much they enjoyed all of the food. All dietary requirements were catered for including vegan. Communication was excellent throughout. 5***** service and will definitely use again. Thank you and well done!!!!! Vegetarian options: Plenty of options available

Sag Paneer isn't the best, unfortunately but everything else is bang on. Can't comment on the prawn side of things as I don't eat sea food. Top munch, love it!!
Absolutely loved the food, I was so impressed at this hidden gem in Rochester. The chicken biryani was one of the best I've had, and believe me, I've had a lot of chicken biryani in my lifetime. The chicken garlic chilli masala, so savoury and perfect. Really happy with the food, will definitely order again. A happy customer
It took nearly an hour and a half for the food to arrive, was mediocre at best, and the order was incomplete. I had to call twice to find out where the food order was. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude! However the delivery driver was lovely, she apologised for the delay, maybe the owner could take some lessons from her on how to treat customers. Personally, I won't be ordering from these people again.
Ordered in store, we had rogan josh and chilli chicken masala, we've had or from here before and it has always been good, this time was exceptional however. The food was amazing, fresh, full of flavour, perfect heat and spice. Genuinely one of the best Indian takeaway meals I've ever had.
By far the best indian takeaway around Rochester. The food is always amazing and having recently contacted them about a delay on a busy Saturday night , because of an incident which wasn't under their control, I now know their customer service is as excellent as their food. Other businesses could learn from the great care they take of their customers. Thank you so much guys. Your gesture was greatly appreciated
