A waste of money and time. The poor man who was working there was by himself, he was behind the bar serving drinks, serving meals AND helping everyone out, while the staff finishing their shift in the cafe sat and ordered him about without offering him any help. So the problems aren't his fault, as he was friendly towards us. But he was very stressed. I think they need more staff to work there. The food took ages to arrive. We saw a family waiting over forty five minutes just for a plate of fish fingers! We waited a long time for our meals, and when they arrived it was atrocious quality for the amount of time we wasted. The chicken goujons were not breast, even though we were assured that they were, and the chips were greasy. The King Prawns were absolutely TINY, small enough to be shrimps and far too overcooked. Along with the Jerk chicken, most of the meal consisted of overcooked, greasy veg and was smaller than the children's meals. One of the drink glasses was covered in filth at the bottom and it was overall not a pleasant experience. We definatley did not stay for pudding, and won't be returning. Poor quality and lack of staff. Such a shame in contrast to the lovely lodges on the Woodside Lake Lodges site.

Staff lovely very accomadating. Sunday dinner medioca and no atmosphere. Nice outdoor area. Think I would just stop for a drink in summer nothing else.

If it gave me a option for no stars then I'd click that the worst place I've ever been too. Staff were very unfriendly and felt as if I was trespassing never felt so out of place in my life would not go back

Excellent place I go about 3 to 4 times a year for a week the food is brilliant try the fish and chips never tasted anything like it staff service spot on

Fabulous food, beautiful gardens, well worth a visit. I attended with a large group of people. Although service was a little slow, the food was well worth waiting for
