I was a little nervous to begin with as I was having 4 new crowns fitted. Miss Butters immediately gave me lots of reassurance and made me feel at ease during the various procedures. She was extremely professional and explained the various steps of the dental work involved. I was very pleased with the final results of my new crowns and would have no hesitation in recommending Watermead Dental Practice to friends and family.

I have been with this practice for a long time and I have always been very happy with the treatment that I have received. All of the staff are very professional, but also friendly and approachable. Any treatment options are always clearly explained, and every effort is made to alleviate any anxieties. I have always been quite a nervous patient and it is entirely due to the confidence that I have in both my regular dentist and hygienist, that I always attend regularly for all check-ups.

I have seen this dentist on and off for about thirty years and they have never been less than courteous and professional. The support staff are always happy and helpful, the surgery clean, comfortable, light and airy. I’ve always been given an estimate for any ongoing or major work so it’s never come as a total shock.

I’ve always had a good reception. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I have full confidence in my dentist and when I have any treatment which is very rare I am treated with care and respect this includes visits to the hygienist too.

Been with this practice for some while now and so pleased with treatment,how professional all the staff are and there is always a warm welcome. So happy in fact persuaded my wife to change to this practice this year, what a change in her attitude to going to the dentist from before,she is now so relaxed about it.
