Breath of fresh air. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everytime I have needed something, they are straight on it and extremely helpful. Best staff of any doctors practice I have been too, hands down.

The more I hear of people’s experiences at other practices, the more I appreciate the County Practice. ALL practices are stretched - but the system for making appointments or asking for a call works well - and every GP I have seen there is personable and as helpful as the nhs situation allows
2nd ultrasound booking was cancelled after receiving a phone call at 16:03 the day prior to the appointment with a voicemail stating the sonographer can't open the clinic until 12:00pm appointment was 11:15. Tried to return call at 16:05 met with an automated message saying phone lines closed at 16:00. This is the 2nd time it was cancelled in exactly the same manner. Poor service and poor communication. No alternatives given, 9months waiting for a scan which my GP put through as urgent. Absolutely appalled by the service received. Reviewed on behalf of my wife
Having moved to Syston earlier in the year I have been impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff, nurses, and doctor's that I have spoken with and been seen by. My encounter today with Dr Mullah sorry if spelt wrong has given me some hope as he took the time to read through my history before calling. Thank you for making me feel welcomed as a new patient this year and for being patient with me!
I had a phone appointment with Dr Jane Walwyn which was absolutely appalling. I rang up with an issue I was really concerned about. I'm not really the type to go to a doctor unless something is really bothering me as I don't like to waste time. I was explaining my issue to Dr Walwyn when she cut me off and told me to slow down as I was speaking fast. Fair enough, but she then followed that up by saying "Is this important? as I'm the only practitioner on this morning" - something to that extent. What an absolutely ridiculous thing to ask someone who has rang the doctors for help, she had a bad tone with me throughout this whole phone call. She told me that the issue I was having was completely normal to be vague, I was having issues with my heart, but I told her that it wasn't something that was normal for me. She then tried to book me in, begrudgingly, to check me over. I was working that day and could only take time off in the morning to come in as I wasn't allowed in the afternoon. She tried to give me 2pm to which I responded with "Sorry, I can't do the afternoon as I'm working, do you have anything in the morning?" she responded with "Well aren't you working this morning? I'm trying to get you in, you know, you've rang up for this appointment" I got booked in around 11am in the end, but I didn't bother turning up. The whole ordeal of how she spoke to me over the phone just made me feel like a time waster and I can't even to begin to imagine what she would have spoken to me like in person. I honestly think her attitude is disgusting. I was sent home from work in the end as I was so upset, but I still used my time to go to the walk in centre. I hope the next person she speaks to is mentally stable, because God forbid she makes someone else feel insignificant and they aren't okay. I have since moved to another practice.
Pretty good doctors here at this practice. However big thanks to lovely Alison for helping me on the phone
Dr Milne has been wonderful in his level of care towards myself and my family. I'm so grateful for his latest treatment it has made such a difference to me . Thank you
Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. 8-10am you can go to the open access clinic for emergencies and can call up at any time to speak to a doctor if needed. No complaints about them at all
Very good service. Clean, tidy and well managed.
