I had an appointment with Nurse Heather Batty and a student nurse at County Practice today and was extremely impressed with the care I received. Heather was kind, professional, and very efficient throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and felt comfortable the whole time. It’s reassuring to be cared for by someone so dedicated and compassionate…thank you both, for your excellent and pain free service!

I have just moved to The County Practice and cannot praise everyone enough. Friendly, helpful staff. Straight forward system for booking appointments and no longer need to jump through hoops to get a routine appointment.

Don’t fall for the reviews go elsewhere at all costs!!nnThe worst practice I’ve ever been involved with, a months wait for appointments they don’t check records before sending you for retests of blood tests and then make you wait a month just to tell you the long term medication you’ve been on for years can cause false readings - wasting weeks getting retests instead of finding the issue. A simple check of medical records could have saved so much time.nnNot only that but then they tested for something else which I had to pay for the prescription for waited another 3 weeks for an appointment to get some answers only for them to tell me they’ve lost my sample anyway. So I have to go through the process again. Again,  They could improve efficiency by sending you for a retest ahead of your long awaited appointment so you can actually discuss results and something useful in your appointments.

Dr Saunt was absolutely fantastic today with my 7 year old son.. thank you for taking the time to understand the concerns and actioning the same. A wonderful GP..

I have attended an appointment at 9.40am today with Dr. Adam Saunt. I was listened to intently & didn't feel rushed. There was also a Medical Student, i was asked if i agreed to him being there & of course i did. The student also asked me many questions, which i was more than happy to answer. In my opinion - with the guidance of Dr. Saunt - The County Practice will have another excellent Doctor. Thank you so much for asking questions, genuinely listening to my replies & prescribing what you believe i need. The bad news is - due to your excellence - i have no intention of moving away from your Practice. Many Thanks.nAmanda
