Was sent to this practice for an emergency appointment. Reception was very welcoming when we walked in. The dentist and dental nurse were brilliant. They were so patient and understanding with my autistic son. They took the time to explain fully what they were doing and gave him the time he needed.
This is my first visit to a dentist in over 8 years and was very nervous as the last dentist I had was awful, from start to finish they where amazing made me feel at ease all the way through I have even booked my appointment for 6 months time which for me is big thing knowing I feel comfortable to go back. Daaniya and Emma are just fantastic thank you for being so patient and keeping me calm!
Friendly, efficient and professional service. I don't usually leave reviews but was so impressed by my experience today I felt I needed to. Thanks to Niraj, Lucy and lovely receptionist for making my first dental appointment in 3 years such a pleasant experience.
Went for an appointment yesterday and all the staff there are great. Jenny on reception welcomed me in on arrival and Abas and his nurse Louise are so caring and looked after me when having a tooth out. I feel very lucky to have this as my dental practice.
I have been coming here for many years and have never had a single bad experience. The receptionists are lovely and the place is always clean. Today I had a long appointment with Dr Niraj and Louise, they were both super friendly and supportive throughout the whole thing and did their job more than perfectly. Definitely recommend!
I genuinely have no words to describe the amount of care the team at this surgery provided for me. It had been a week since I had a baby with c section and developed a desperate need to see a dentist after suffering from excruciating pain during and after labour. It was a Saturday and 111 gave me this surgery's details to make an emergency appointment. I had a very pleasant conversation with a member of their team at reception who booked me in for an appointment immediately. To my surprise when I arrived I was welcomed by the doctor and nurse at the door, ready to help me walk in due to my surgery! The doctor then offered to open his surgery downstairs after I told him I would find it difficult to use the stairs, even though they only operate from their surgeries upstairs on a weekend. The care and consideration that followed thereafter was absolutely wonderful. Dr Niraj took his time to handle my case and came up with a plan that would also benefit me during this critical time of recovery. Both my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service we recieved from all members that were present at the time and are patiently waiting for when they begin accepting new patients so we can book ourselves and our children to this surgery too. Thank you so much!
I recently became a patient at Beaumont house dental. I have now had two appointments, one being an extraction. From the initial telephone enquiry and the pleasant lady in reception through to the dentist i was seen by and the dental nurse, eveyone was very friendly and professional. No rushed appointments and every step if the process explained. So glad i left my previous dentist. Well done Beaumont house, and thank you.
22-10-22 A very easy 5 star review for this dental practice. I attended here as an emergency this morning and everything about the experience from speaking to reception and being seen by Niraj & Louise was an absolute pleasure. Very highly recommended this dental practice thank you!
Went for an appointment earlier in the year, Was referred to fosse road practice twice expecting to have all my remaining teeth extracted. First Referral Appointment I had all my bottom set extracted without a hitch. On the second referral appointment bare in mind at this point I have 2 real teeth left and 1 broken veneer and 3 other veneer's that need removing I went in expecting to have all 6 remaining Teeth/Veneers removed on my top set. As was the agreement I was lead to believe would be the case between my Dentist & I. However, Beaumont House Dental Practice - Knowingly without informing me told them to extract 5 and Leave me with 1 Tooth. I under went having my teeth extracted to help me with several factors, My mental Health, Self Confidence and Appearance being some of the more pressing Issues. I ended up walking out of that appointment, And ringing Beaumont House Dental Practice only to be informed that a different dentist had made the referral, NOT THE ONE I CONSULTED. Out of Anger I emailed them asking to be stricken from the record, No Reply to confirm. No Phone call from the dentist to check as to why. No Consideration for me or my well being and to ask the question as to why I was angry about being messed around. This Morning I rang for an appointment to be told that I have been removed from the surgery at my request. Why could they have simply not have given me a confirmation in the first place? 1 Star for Communication & Staff Consideration of Patients health & well being. Had I not been messed around or deceived and had been consulted prior to the second appointment I may not have been angry about it. Instead I'm left with six teeth that need to be removed, That should have been removed back in June. No dentures, No bottom teeth, No Dentist and No Support.
First ever couple of fillings last week, Very quick and professional from start to finish. Nisha and Lucy talked me through the process and accommodated my needs due to having limited mobility issues. If I needed a break due to being uncomfortable or for any other reason they were quick to allow this and made sure I was ok throughout. Great Dentist practice, will not be going anywhere else ever again.
