I recently had some tooth problem, Glad that I went to see my dentist here. They made me feel at ease, and explained exactly what was going on.Great service, polite staff and very clean setup. They follow all the current Covid protocols too. Also, I take my kids here for their regular dental checkups. Overall they provide high quality dentistry.
My experience with this Dental Practice has always been great. I am very happy because the dentist and the staff are very patient with providing care and treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.
Took my daughter for a sit & wait appointment as she’s had a really bad toothache only for the rude female dentist to say she can’t take on NHS patients but she mentioned that she would gladly take her on as a private patient. Great dentist very clean and professional. I visited the dentist yesterday and had such a wonderful experience. My dentist was a lovely women very gentle. Plus she has tiny hands so no stretched mouth after which is a bonus. Overall I was amazed how great this dentist was considering the current pandemic. I felt more than safe visiting the surgery. They have gone above and beyond to make sure all staff and patients are safe. I look forward to my next check up and I truly have lost any fear that I once had thanks to the wonderful staff at heacham dentist.
Arrogant rude lazy unprofessional ,dentist' who feels entitled to be paid for 5 mins rubbish job.

I don't know why there is always appointments for the next day. I was slightly concerned first time,when other dentist could offer appointment just after 3-8 weeks and they gave me appointment next day. I thought maybe not very good doctors so has no clients.bu no they are very good,do not rush just to get rid of you. They do proper jobe, gentle, always polite, always gives advices. And if you come with pain they always manage to to find slot for urgent help. Great dentis clinic.
very good Dentist had the procedure explained whilst having root canal work done and there no pain at all, also great team work even down to training the new starter.
Don't think I've had one appointment on the time I was given. Always a "family emergency" and rescheduled to another day. One appointment was made on a day the dentist doesn't even work.
Great Practice! Great Staff! Always go above and beyond for me fitting me in at short notice whenever I have a problem.
