I've attended Gipsy Lane dental practice for many years and have been happy here. The dentist and staff have always helped me when I needed an appointment and have always seen me when I've had tooth ache. I have recommended them to many of my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff

Where do I start went in as they were opening & informed them it is an emergency as have had severe pain in tooth since late Friday afternoon, & now it is Monday can you see me was told as I don't have an appointment they will fit me in within a hour or two. 2hrs passed & my wife asked them how much longer as have been sat there while hubby is in pain, then they claimed I was not registered any more although they had my records & did not say that when i went in they just asked me to sign for any changes in medical history nor have they ever send reminders. What if i was a child or elderly person ? There answer to how long don't know could be at the end of day WTF ! I then joined my wife to explain if that was the case why not tell us when we came in instead of wasting our time as had to go work in a short while. All appointments were running late they even told 1 patient he had cancelled his appointment to which he replied he had not that is why he was there. Poor service is to good a discription as they lack empathy or compassion if you are suffering in pain, not once did they show professionalism in asking how I was or if I required pain killers or anything for that matter & they will not admit when they are wrong the receptionist how does she even have a job I would give no stars but it will not let you post comments then !!!

Dr Bhalla and all of the staff are absolutely Excellent in their professional approach. I started going 2 years ago and my whole family now go. My gum disease has gone and my middle childs teeth are now completely straight with the " 6 month smiles " braces technique. My mother is also treated by Dr Bhalla and she has every faith in him and the welcoming staff. The best Dental Practice by far.
