Story

Founded in 2008, winning Best Cafe in the UK in 2009 (BSA Awards), regularly listed in National media 'Top 10' cafes and recognised Europe wide. Our first store introduced quality tea into the cafe sector in a way that had not been seen before. Set opposite beautiful Edwardian parks, Waterloo Gardens Teahouse is a sympathetic venue with a feeling of warmth and character. Open 7 days a week.

I usually go to the one on town but had some errands at this side of Cardiff so thought I'd drop in and see how this one faired. Glad to say that it's as good as the other sites and had a lovely lunch and service to match.

Plenty of parking nearby too (around the park).

If you are after a cosy place with really friendly staff and AMAZING food then Waterloo Gardens is the place to visit. You will not regret it.

Lovely. Clean.  Nice coffee.  Varied menu. Shame the building works in the road are so noisy and make parking difficult.

Really nice cute place. Great atmosphere to relax and have a chat. The teas and coffees area really good as well and the staff are nice and friendly, the service is great. Definitely recommend this lovely place.

Coffee here is some of the best in the area and the grub is if really good quality. The staff are a game of 2 halves. The lads can be a bit finnicky and slow while the lasses are efficient and professional. This isn't gender stereotyping, just my experience of being a regular customer here. Both are friendly and make good coffee. Overall, place comes highly recommended.
