Excellent fish & chips for lunch today. Available small, medium or large. And the small is still a good size and reasonably priced. Fresh fish, cooked just right. Plus a full menu available. Well worth a visit.

My wife and I went to the Waterford arms, we didn't book but still got us a table. We ordered small fish and chips, when they came the fish was quite big, the fish was beautiful you could tell it was fresh. Also the staff were pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend
Stayed here for one night and had dinner and breakfast. Traditional pub which dates back 1899. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Food was good, I would advise avoiding the "Waterford Whale" massive fish, chips and mushy peas unless you have a huge appetite. Breakfast was good, excellent choice of dishes. Superb value for money.
The food is delicious. The cod is so lightly battered, thick, moist & crispy. The chips are thick & delicious. Morning breakfasts give you everything from a full English breakfast to just toast & jam or a boiled egg, all with the friendliest staff there is. We enjoyed being here so much, we’ll always come back
Staff were lovely and very polite,. Very helpful.... Could do with a bit updating but nice place to go
