It seems like your new nursing staff are inexperienced and using patients for practice. Proper training is essential. They attempted to draw blood twice from each arm, causing significant pain. This is unacceptable.
Called 162 times over the duration of 2 days to rearrange my appointment, still haven’t been able to speak to anyone, so it looks like my appointment will go to waste when it could’ve been given to someone else last minute. Useless.
Wow, what an impressive LARGE new Health Centre facility for Birmingham and Solihull residents.nnMy GP requested that I have an “urgent” chest X-Ray and this was completed in less than 7 days later so a lot quicker I suspect than if my GP’s request had gone to Heartlands or Solihull Hospitals?nnMy appointment was for 10am and I was back to my car parked in this Centres large “free” car park within 10 minutes of me arriving.nnI was told that this Centre is for anyone NOT requiring the obviously much greater facilities at a Large hospital. Many Patients are referred here if they first have phoned 111.
Had an appointment ,first time of going to this place,nMale receptionist was smiling ,and chatting,very helpful on arrival,I needed an chest xray done, and with in less then 10 mins,I'm booked in and seen to,nI'm surprised as it's a sunday that they are open. Very happy with the entire visit from start to finish.nTheres a few places that should take note.you could not get through a check out faster then this department.nThank you.
we received a call from WShwood Health Wellbeing. However I was on another call. When I tried to call back the number just went dead. The office hours are 8 -9pm, this call was at 17.30 to 18.30. This is a poor service.
