My grandson with CF was rushed to heartlands with breathing problems he was abandoned in a&e with a 12 hour+ wait offered no help,no assistance,no advice, he was so afraid he thought he might die. I took him there from Worcester as ambulance was a 3 hour wait.i am totally disgusted with heartlands and the ambulance service. We left feeling totally abandoned.where was the dedicated CF TEAM? We are now dreading another emergency as there is no help if I could I would give zero stars for this this sorry excuse for a place that should have help and compassion.heartlands you failed my grandson!

I tried to sanitise my hands and I tried all the dispensers. All were empty. We need to do sanitiser on our hands due to Covid and other things like germs, general viruses etc....to protect vulnerable patients.

Bad food good toast only
