Brought my girlfriend engagement ring from Warren James the staff were fantastic and verry helpful and she said yes absolutely loved the ring

Ooooo I originally went to Blackburn Tesco but met this person called Sam Powell who said I should try Warren James at Wigan! So went there and met a friendly women called Lauren who no only served me fabulously but also helped me when I chipped my toe nail!

I would like to say a big thankyou to the young ladies who served me today , I took a Necklace back to see if l could have it repaired, and the young lady said as a goodwill gesture they would replace it with a new one  ,so thankyou again ladies it was a lovely surprise xx

The girl who served me today was really heplful , very polite explained everything about my new ring. Was really pleased with the service.
