I've used Goldmsiths Wigan on several occasions now, and each time they have been faultless. You are treated like you're their only customer and they take the greatest care with your jewellery. They adjusted and repaired my precious wedding rings and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Thank you.

From the second we walked into the shop we felt at ease and well cared for. Myself and my partner purchased our wedding rings from Lauren and we can’t thank her enough for making the experience so memorable. She explained everything in terms we could easily understand and gave us every option available at our price budget. She was chatty, friendly and really made this part of our wedding planning experience a beautiful one. We can’t thank Lauren enough for her help on our visit, along with Robyn who also helped and was just as approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We will certainly be visiting the store in the future thanks to these wonderful ladys.
I called into this shop to purchase a gift for my daughter, the service I received was wonderful, the two ladies who worked there were both friendly and helpful, if you want to buy a piece of jewellery with personal service then I can not recommend this branch of Goldsmiths high enough
I booked an appointment online to view a Vivienne Westwood watch for my daughter for Christmas, surprisingly there is only a handful of stores where you can actually see them. Upon arrival the watches had been placed to one side ready for me.The salesman was really helpful and surprisingly was very happy for me to use my Tesco Clubcard vouchers as part payment I have had the opposite response in the past at a different store.. All in all the whole experience was a pleasure and I can't praise the sales team enough.
The staff were very understanding and sympathetic, as well as being exceedingly polite, courteous and professional throughout the process.
Fantastic staff, very knowledgeable, could not do enough for us. Looking at wedding bands and also watches for wedding presents. Watch specialist in store so helpful in narrowing down our likes. Lovely store, very comfortable and relaxing.

We were looking for a ring for my wife for our ruby wedding. She saw two she liked on Goldsmiths website so we went to the Wigan Goldsmiths store to view them. Unfortunately as they were new lines the store had not yet received them. They offered to order both in and call us when they had received them. They measured my wife’s finger for correct sizes should we wish to purchase if she liked one. There was no sales pressure and no obligation to buy. When the rings arrived we received a call to ask if we would like to call in which we did. My wife loved one of the rings which we immediately decided to buy. While the sale was dealt with we were both offered a glass of chilled bubbly which was a nice touch and the also cleaned our wedding rings free of charge. Up to this point we had been dealt with by three different store colleagues who were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We also took advantage of their repair service to repair my wife’s engagement ring at the same time. As a footnote to this review we found out a week after picking up the ring and concluding the sale that we could have used a 20% discount code through work, that we hadn’t realised or mentioned to sales staff. I half heartedly rang the store to ask if there was anything we could do, and without hesitation they invited me to return for a refund of the 20% voucher which equated to. £350 discount. Subject to conditions They were under no obligation to honour this, and I didn’t expect them to, but they did as a goodwill gesture. To quote the manager “we just like to look after our customers any way we can”. We could have bought the rings online but we would never have got the expert personal service we received. I cannot recommend this store and it’s lovely staff highly enough it was a genuinely pleasant and special experience.
