Took a bracelet to be repaired as a link had weakened. The item was more sentimental than expensive, so I wanted to get it repaired. I was given a week turnaround for repair and I was very pleased. Excellent service and very helpful pleasant staff. I would highly recommend them.

Partner and I bought our wedding rings here. Beautiful window display, excellent stock and truly personal customer service. Claire really took care of us from beginning to end. A remarkable experience we'll remember together as a couple.

Took my wife in today to show her where I bought her gold cross a few weeks ago. Just on chance I asked if they had a gold letter G for her chain as we had seen some other gold letters in the window. Sure enough, they had one! Good quality and somewhat heavier than any others I had seen in my 3 year quest for a suitable one. Excellent price and service again. Happy wife equals happy hubby. Would recommend this fantastic shop to anyone looking for quality jewellery at very reasonable prices.

Lovely man, took over an hour identifying what, from inherited jewellery, needed to be valued. Advised me on what was worth repairing and arranged 4 beautiful gold bangles to be made from my scrap gold, 1 embedded with diamonds from a irrepairable ring.

Mr Allan Repaired my engagement ring at Christmas for me as while on holiday a diamond came out. He had to alter the ring slightly but as you can see it looks amazing. The service he provided was second to none his staff are so helpful, and best of all he had my ring back for me to wear at Christmas.thank you so much Mr Allan
