Would be good if the right address was given, I don't know Wigan very well and walked the length of Crompton street twice but could not find the store. Only after going home and searching online I found that it is in the shopping arcade which is not on Crompton street.
Love this shop x very friendly service so helpful.
On the whole. Very good to be fair. The only negative is that I was stood at the counter waiting to be served for over 10 Minutes. The store was busy but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged by someone. Other than that it was a good experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff and I came out with what I had gone in for.

Staff don't know their jobs they need to have more training. Staff gave advice when we went in the shop about returning something then when we did take it back they back tracked on what they had said, told us it was miss communication on our behalf. It definitely wasn't miss communication, it is staff not knowing their jobs. Manager of the store was very rude, so avoid at all costs.
Had to wait a while but people were understanding of covid, keeping distance etc, some wearing masks some not, but governments fault due to incompetence. Not Pandora fault, staff very patient and helpful and polite. Well done.

I was served by Katie when trying to purchase a birthday present for my Aunt: what a lovely and informative member of staff. She showed me several pieces and advised which were the best sellers along with her personal favourites. She added an extra touch by asking what the gift was for and told me of pieces that included amethyst for February birth dates. Something I wouldn’t have even thought about doing but added that extra thoughtfulness that you just cannot teach to staff. I will be coming into this tote every time a birthday, anniversary or celebration is due. Thanks so much
