First time I’ve tried Lucy’s handed over a lot of Gucci silver jewellery that had not been cleaned in 23 years and was black within 24 hours they had it looking like brand new. Fantastic customer service very friendly I’ve even poped back with further Gucci watches and a tag watch
Fantastic customer service, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Rolex! He got my Gold day date looking like it has just come straight off the factory line !
Went to have my partners chain mended what a fantastic service and the two gentlemen was ever so polite I will definitely use them again
Dreadful service. Took 2 Omega Seamasters for clean&service.Had to return them 4 times over a period of 6weeks 'cos neither watch was working and one of them had all 3 hands detached from the drive spindle.Whoever does his "servicing " is totally incompetent. I was charged £100 up front even before the botch up was started !! Watch repairs....avoid at all costs.
My daughter is in hospital due to having her ears pierced here, she put the earnings in so tight and said they need to be like that for 6 weeks.. the ear rings have gone straight through my daughter's ears and are stuck and infected now... not happy at all...
Great guy really helpful and extremely good at what he does. And certainly better prices than your h. Samuel etc
