Fab quality jewellery, amazing prices, lots of choice , brilliant sales all through the year , helpful friendly staff both in Manchester and Leeds of the areas stores I have visited, brilliant for presents and gifts to friends and family and for yourself. Always reccomemt this place and this store. Thank you for your brilliant products, prices and sales . Jewellery doesn't tend to come in boxes they are a few pounds extra not too much and never breaks the bank act.

Had an excellent experience here yesterday. A stone had fallen out of my bracelet, which was a gift so no purchase paperwork. However, the assistant didn't hesitate to offer me a replacement. No quibbles, no questions. Sorry didn't get her name, but we'll done on the customer service.
Tried going in yesterday with my friend to get a replacement ring for her and it was so confusing as the shop itself seamed to be opened but yet there was a red ribbon in the middle of the door like there was not allowing people in with a note on the outside of one size of the glass which said grand opening the fact that the shutters were fully up it made it seem that the shop was opened however they could have just put the shutters half way up and put up the notice of the opening on the shutters itself so that people would actually know that they are not selling anything
Big ginger haired girl on the till must of been having a bad day. Rude and obnoxious. I walked out after 2 mins. Never been treated like that in a warren james store

3 days ago.. I have been in this store three months ago to buy a wedding ring. Before to make the purchase i have been guaranteed, as the ring was a bit big for my husband, that they were able to make it smaller. So decided to buy this ring, requesting to make it smaller, and we left it there happy that we was ready to have our ring for the wedding. The ring must be ready in a week to collect the ring as the size i requested. After a week i returned in store happy to have our ring and the Manager just said " unfortunately we are unabled to make it smaller" . After all i have been offered a voucher of the amount spent for the ring, which was validates for 6 months. I went back 3 days ago to spend the voucher, to buy another ring. The assistant very rude and in a rush. While i was looking for the one right for me, the assistant just cutted off the label trying to close the purchase as soon as possibile. Well, i liked the ring the only thing is that just after half an hour i realized that the ring was too large so i decided to exchange the size. Went back again, the assistant was very rude and wasnt even knowing the return policy that she had to ask at he other assistant very unprofessional after all i cannot have the exchange because as the assistant said as i wear the ring, even only for try it, i cannot have the return. I won't definitely recommend this store. Store's assistant doesn't provide policy before a purchase and the staff were very rude. I'm very disappointed.
Bought some jwelleries for a discounted price. Nice collection of gold and silver jwelleries. Friendly staff.
