I visited Cathedral Jewellers to sell some gold following a recommendation. Jason talked through my options and offered me a good price for my gold. He was  extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a delight to deal with. All in all  great experience and highly recommended.

Visited last week to get a necklace repaired the owner was extremely welcoming and polite. He even fixed my necklace at no cost which was extremely kind. Will definitely be visiting again. 100% recommend

Came across the shop on google and popped in on the off-chance of getting a vivienne westwood bracelet fixed. The gentleman in the store was very efficient and fixed it within 5 minutes. He also very kindly fixed it free of charge which I was very grateful for. Aside from the excellent customer service, the jewels in the shop were stunning and there was a large variety. Will definitely be returning.

I called into cathedral jewellers today for a repair on my bracelet. The customer service is second to none it was done straight away. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff can’t fault them in any way.Definitely will use them again thank you so so much neil.

Absolutely brilliant experience.  Went in looking to identify the carat and value some gold jewellery left by a relative who had passed, wanting to keep some of the more special pieces and sell the rest.  Jason served us and had all the time in the world to respectfully check the items, and wasn’t fazed by all our questions, kindly educating us about gold and the techniques behind checking the quality as he went through. He even didn’t mind untangling some fiddly chains we didn’t realise had knotted.  Overall, Jason was very friendly and approachable, and despite us having minimal knowledge of gold we we’re never made to feel foolish. He even gave us some advice on how to approach having some custom jewellery made in the future.  I checked the value of various carats of gold on the day before going in and Jason offered us what we felt was a fair price.  Highly likely we will be back in the near future.

Had some old gold bits and broken gold watch valued by Jason today. He was friendly and professional and gave good advice and a very fair price. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

I popped into this shop over the Christmas period as I had snapped a necklace and needed it repairing. I had no idea how much it would cost but due to the sentimental value of the necklace I didn’t mind, I just really wanted it fixed. The man kindly talked me through what my necklace was made of and how this affected the links and his options for repairing it. After a good 15/20 minutes of observing and fiddling, he was able to repair the necklace for me on the spot. I asked how much I should pay and he said nothing at all. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Cannot recommend enough!
