Disgusted by attitude of pharmacist. Attended late evening to get emergency prescription filled for my mother. Pharmacist noted that previous prescription had been an emergency one, told me he couldn’t follow an emergency one with another emergency one this is an entirely non- controversial med, a beta-blocker and then took to telling me I “should take better care” of my mother! Incredible! My mother later explained that this particular med runs out regularly because while she gets 3 or 4 months of the others, she only ever gets given 2 x /8 days of this one. We only needed one pill to tide her overnight until we can go to her regular chemist and pick up her full prescription in the morning, so the entire process should have been a formality. Avoid this place if you possibly can
I highly recommend! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They helped me with a prescription for my 3-year-old daughter, thank you very much. I have a hope and a dream that every shop, pharmacy, cafe and restaurant on Golders Green had such service!
I wouldn't recommend. And have Changed to Boots. Pharmacy section very aggressive with me as a Specalist at UCLH had made a prescription for me that was off grid the couldn't get through to the Specialist to Confirm an basically refused to order. I went to a Boots Pharmacy the Manager was very helpful and said we often have prescriptions from UCLH which are off grid as I have used this before then of course I will order. I have zchsmgd to Boots now a d will nose foot in there agsi Also what at Warman and Freed is the Srcurity man who looks st every one as they come in as a potential criminal.
I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Warm and Freed Pharmacy. I went in to collect my NHS free prescription, expecting a simple, professional service. Instead, I was given medication that expired in just two weeks! How is it even acceptable to hand out nearly expired medicine, especially without notifying the customer? When I went back to the pharmacy to ask why they gave me medication that would expire so quickly, the staff had no explanation. They seemed clueless and completely indifferent to the issue. I then asked for my prescription back so I could get it filled at another pharmacy, but they informed me that they had already claimed it through the NHS. This meant I was stuck with a product I could barely use, and I was prevented from going to a more reliable pharmacy to get proper treatment. The whole situation feels like a scam. They took advantage of my NHS free prescription, cashed in on it, and left me with almost useless medication. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional for any healthcare provider. I’m left feeling completely cheated and frustrated. I will never be returning to this pharmacy, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. They clearly care more about taking your prescription money than they do about providing safe, effective, and respectful service. Total lack of professionalism and customer care—beware of this place!
I would like to take a moment to commend Nish, the pharmacist at my local pharmacy. He is consistently helpful and professional, making every visit a positive experience. Nish goes above and beyond to ensure that all my questions are answered and that I receive the best possible care. His knowledge and expertise are evident, and he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Beyond his professionalism, Nish's kindness truly sets him apart. He treats every customer with respect and genuine concern, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I always feel valued and understood when I speak with him. Thank you, Nish, for your exceptional service. You make a significant difference in the community!
I've bought self care products and medicine from there many times but recently I started to feel very uncomfortable there because their security guy black tall man keeps following me between the shelves probably thinking I am going to still something. Maybe I don't look very rich or something but I'm looking presentable anyways.. :
I’ve been regularly using this pharmacy for over five years now and they’ve been so great over all of those years, but especially lately. I needed an emergency prescription when my GP was closed and Bhavik was so patient and helpful in getting me just a few extra days while I chased up my GP so I didn’t have to go without and feel unwell. They also have a fairly sizable stock so you can nearly guarantee they’ll have your medication in stock if you have to walk in and a great text/calling service where they let you know your prescription is ready so you don’t have to keep going in every day or two while you guess if it’s ready or not. Very happy with their service and big thanks to Bhavik for his help too!
Went early on a Sunday morning. All of the staff are very helpful and polite. Great service. Thank you
I have been to this pharmacy many times and had a wonderful experience every time, except today. The lady pharmacist is clearly a micromanager as she was refusing to allow other non-pharmacist members of staff to serve over the counter medication unless she gave it the OK. This not only created a long line with multiple customers clearly getting agitated, it made other members of staff so pointless. If it was a prescription, I’d understand. Whilst waiting to be “seen” by her which took at least 10 minutes another gentleman came in for cough medicine for his son. He described his cough and was told which medication he needed, but then when he recognised the one that had worked in the past for his son dry cough rather than chesty she outright refused to serve him. The man wasn’t after a prescription medication, but simply wanted the medicine he knew worked for his child before - I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed something like it. After she finally got round to speaking to me, she took me to the side and asked me to describe my wife’s symptoms - I don’t know them as I’ve been at work and was asked to go and get the medication it’s over the counter but she insisted I call her and that she speak to her. I’m sorry, but the medication had been recommended by a family friend who is a doctor and I’ve never ever had to justify or explain why I was purchasing something in a pharmacy before - I didn’t go in asking for advice or wanting to know what was appropriate or not, and I’m astonished that she thinks her job remit extends to denying customers medication that does not need a prescription. You guys are a very good pharmacy usually and I’ve never had this experience before, so I was very shocked.
