I ordered from Landys Chemist online. I have used them before as they're really good. My supplements shipped very quickly and packaged well. They had the best deal online as I did a Google search for the best price. Both times Landys came up top for me. Thank you.

*EDIT I have changed my star rating as Landys have explained that the issue was not with them but the 3rd part retailer something the 3rd party did not divulge  I am disappointed with this chemist. I had been looking for a particular product by 'Higher Nature' I know this company has drastically changed the ingredients of the Citricidal I wanted,  however some chemists/retailers still have the old stock. I found that Landys were advertising the old stock with ingredients listed! I didnt hesitate to order and made up my order with another product I normally buy elsewhere for free postage. This was done through a 3rd party, when I received my order I was upset to see that they had in fact sent me the newer version which is not as potent 19% grapefruit extract instead of the 37% of the older version I ordered and has other synthetic ingredients. When I requested a refund stating the product to not be what I had ordered, I was sent an address to send it back to. I fully expect postage to be covered as this is an issue with misrepresentation of products stocked, a trading standards issue! Why should I be further inconvenienced and out of pocket. After much back and forth with the 3rd party it transpires, Landys have refused to cover postage. This is awful customer service, and frankly just not on. I entered into an agreement to buy a specific item and was sent something different,  they absolutely should refund me & send me the postage to return the unwanted/not ordered product. The 3rd party has graciously said they will refund me, in the absence of good will from Landys & I will unfortunately dispose of the product they could have resold box  unopened Bizarre

Initially I chose Landys Chemist to purchase a product because the price was less expensive than other retailers. In addition, as a first time customer, I received an additional 5% discount. There was also free shipping for sales over £15. Once I placed my order online, I was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation emails and regular Royal Mail tracking information from start to finish. The product was delivered promptly and packaged safely to avoid any breakage. I have not used the product yet but all being well, I will definitely use Landys Chemist in the future.

Excellent service. Stopped me wasting money buying on Amazon.co.uk Landys Chemist is my first choice, if they have the product I need, and I don't have to add things that I don't need or want to my basket just to make up Amazon's £35 minimum spending limit to be eligible for free delivery.

I've ordered a few times from Landys Chemist. On all the occasions, I was looking for a few face products, and the  web search came up  that Landy's  had my product cheaper.  My items arrived packed neatly in a box and was delivered promptly and tracked.

I ordered probiotics from Landys Chemist after seeing them advertised on social media- which the type of video in parts falls foul of GPHc. Unfortunately, Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the wrong location, and a neighbour moved it, resulting in the package going missing outside the view of CCTV. I reached out to Landys Chemist, explaining the situation and hoping for assistance. However, I received a very brief response and no support in resolving the issue. I found the customer service disappointing and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again. A police crime number has been issued. The bank will be involved. Landeys was of no help.

I can't really give a review as sadly still awaiting delivery of my item which I'm hoping will arrive very soon? Then I will be more than happy to provide another review.

Great service **** It was an online order and an item wasn't in stock - they contacted me immediately and refunded me without me prompting this and posted the rest of the oder.  The delivery was fast also. thanks !

I’d never heard of Landys but clicked on a Google ad for a product I wanted because they had the best prices. Their delivery is really fast and their prices are better than any I found. I’ll happily use again!
