Placed my order on the 10th of November. Called on the 12th to find out if the item was despatched and was told that it would be posted on the 13th. Waited and waited then got an email on the 16th that item was posted and it arrived on the 20th. 10 days from order. Unacceptable. Will no longer buy from you again.

Placed order on 7th December through Amazon, 1 day later I asked a question to Landys if the item was genuine as reviews stated it was weak and did not smell authentic. Landys replied saying it was genuine, then 2 days later Landys cancelled my order without informing me with no explanation. Very poor.
