Keats Pharmacy

This is the BEST local pharmacy in the NW3 area. The staff are friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile. I have used it for years an will continue to do so. They also have a great selection of other beauty and health products which are great for presents of self- indulgence. Conveniently they also do flu and travel vaccinations.

Been going here for 12 years, never disappoints! Dr Marion is always kind and patient with us and the kids.

Always friendly. I have never had any trouble picking up my prescriptions. I have had a few vaccinations here, similarly without any problems.

A mess of a pharmacy in an interesting space. They are disorganised and confused and project their problems on the customer. No thank you, no sorry offered. Social distancing and masks not observed. On being challenged, they replied : It is up to the individual - that is how they interpret legal requirements !

I love this pharmacy and have been going there for 20 years. Friendly service that goes above and beyond, including the head pharmacist once reopening when I rushed by to fill a prescription for a sick infant. Just an outstanding place.
