I really like the service provided by the entire team at this pharmacy. They are professional. They listen to you to find out how they can help you, and they do their best to accommodate your needs in the best way possible. There are employees who speak Portuguese and a Brazilian lady who is very friendly. I would like to thank the entire team for the excellent work.
I would like to leave a comment regarding the professional Maria. She is very helpful, very attentive, much more than just a professional. She helped me by recommending a vitamin that really made a difference for me. I was having constant urinary tract infections even after taking antibiotics, and since she advised me to take this cranberry with probiotics, it's been over seven months without any signs of cystitis. Very good recommendation, Thank you so much for looking after me so well.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely disgraceful service, the staff need to learn some customer service in particular how to speak to people correctly, and to actively listen. “Bliss” Chemist? No, I don’t think so. I do not recommend.
Bliss feels like a proper neighbourhood chemist. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Also at a time when it’s hard to get doctor’s appointment, it’s great to know I can talk to the Bliss pharmacists and they will take the time to listen and give me advice. I feel very lucky to have this shop on my doorstep!
Bliss Chemist has been my pharmacy for 18 years and I’ve never had a bad experience! Staff are kind and friendly and very helpful! They will get out of their way to help. Highly recommend them.
The staff in Bliss chemist have always been wonderfully helpful, welcoming, warm and friendly. It’s also the place in Kilburn that’s open when you need a chemist on a weekend. I’ve been popping in and out of there since 2007. I would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic modern pharmacy, the staff are so lovely and helpful. They always help me with an emergency and I am so grateful to have Bliss Chemist as my local pharmacy. Keep up the good work Sonal and the team! First class pharmacy service!
Maria and colleagues are always kind and helpful. They helped in getting prescriptions and offered suggestions to save money and get the right medicines. The pharmacy is open most days, the space has been refurbished recently, and they host health services on their consultation rooms.
Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. I've been coming here for years and staff members know all the regular customers. They're even open on Sundays! Would definitely recommend Bliss Chemist.
