Terrible place, rude staff and poor service. Avoid going there at all costs. Refused to give me prescription despite my GP confirming that the I had filled the form appropriately and that in any case they should provide me emergency prescription.
Excellent experience at recent vaccination appointment. Quick, efficient, took time to clearly explain, very reassuring manner, clearly knowledgeable and such great care with the vaccination itself too. Thoroughly recommended.

I’ve been attending Gateway for 9 years and everything there is top service . From the moment they answer calls , take good responsibility for any scheduled prescription. Very polite and extremely helpful each time. I feel better just knowing I can count on them for their professional advice.
- Very expensive compared to other pharmacies. - For every question I asked I got very stupid look from the ladies as if I’m the first customer to ever ask anything. - This one is a special: got prescribed antibiotics for child mixed here. They had one job - to add 82ml of water. They added less. The bottle ended up having 85ml of medicine instead of ~100ml. Outrageous.
I want to say a massive Thank You to all the staff at Gateway Chemist in N3. As well as always being polite, efficient and friendly over the years, when I was feeling very low the other day, the care and attention you gave me went beyond the call of duty. You truly see all your customers as individuals too. You are lovely people!
I received both my jabs here, and everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend others to book their vaccinations here. I can't thank the team enough for delivering such a high quality service. You all did a wonderful job. Well done!

I got my booster at Gateway Chemist vaccination centre today. It was an excellent experience. The pharmacist Dilip is very professional and patient. Very grateful he shares lots of helpful information with me. All the volunteers are also amazing. Thank you !
I had an excellent experience with Gateway Covid Centre. My frail elderly friend was due for a booster injection. I was able to arrange a good time to come in and we were seated in the warmth of the pharmacy whilst we waited. Jack administered the injection to my friend, and after 15 minutes we were able to leave. Whilst waiting I could see that the care and attention we were shown was not unique to us, thank you Jack, Dunia and your wonderful team!
