Awful the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional the surgery inside looks very un kept. The receptionist that has different coloured hair every week was very very rude to me in fact reducing me to tears I would NOT recommend this surgery to anyone ever. I very disappointed and upset.

Disgusted. My friend and I came into town to get his sick note that he NEEDS to get money for living, they had told him to come in to collect it today as that was when the new one was due. But instead they tell him he needs to see a doctor, fair enough, except they can't get him one until Thursday.. no communication to tell him this until today. So he is not going to get his money because his note wasn't in on time. Not the first time this has happened either!
