A good range of frames and clear pricing. More than that, my new spectacles fit really well and completely meet my needs. I have varifocals with thinning due to my prescription requirements. This time I added reactolite. The total cost was much less than I had anticipated and I am delighted with my new glasses.

Went for an eye test. Been coming here for several years, always find it very clean and the staff friendly and professional. Strict Covid precautions in place which means no waiting around
When my glasses broke they fitted me in as a walk in and they were mended within 5-10 minutes.

I went there for an eye test since my vision was blurry. The place is very cramped and full of people which makes hearing the staff hard, staff gets visibly angry when I asked them to repeat. Staff were in a rush; most of the staff were polite, some were rude. The lens for the eye test are dirty and staff was dismissive of the fact that I still couldn’t make out the letters during the end of the test “they were made to be difficult to see” and “no one can because it’s too far away”. After the eye test they asked me if I wanted glasses with the old prescription because “there’s just a slight change” which was weird since I mentioned that I have difficulty reading with them. After I got the new glasses I noticed that my vision is still blurry. Poor and expensive service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Great experience. My husband got his eye test and glasses done here. Can't find any fault with their services. Friendly. Efficient. They have many examination rooms and it means they can accommodate more people and they continue to follow the health and safety protocol regarding Covid-19 which give us extra assurance.
Yesterday was my 12 month check up appointment at the Hereford Branch of Specsavers where I have been a client for several years. As ever, the whole experience ran as smooth as clockwork. The whole process being completed in 40 minutes..The staff are all so friendly, helpful, reassuring, informative professionals and I thank you all for your, as ever, excellent attention. The service you offer at this branch is exemplary. THANK YOU
As always I enjoyed brilliant service from friendly and professional staff at Hereford Specsavers. The place was very clean and I was kept informed every step of my visit. My new glasses are not as heavy as the previous pair and I adapted to then straight away.
