I visted the Hereford branch of Boots Opticians on the 11/08/2022. My eye test was so professional, the optometrist was amazing, focused on every detail and even asked for a further test undertaken by a colleague to make sure the results were correct. A first class service, please thank her for the attention I received. Christine Janet Gardiner.
Having read all the accolades for Boots opticians I guess I'm the unlucky guy where it all went wrong! I had an eye test on the 17thJune and ordered and paid for two pairs of glasses.now after a month they are still not ready for collection so have cancelled the order and had a refund.will order on line and hopefully get my glasses within a few days.
Boots are closing Optician branches, e.g. Monmouth. The problem is they don't look after their old customers, e.g. for over a month now they have made excuse after excuse not to send me my records so that I can show the data to my new Optician in Monmouth.
Extremely poor service, poor customer care! Wrong glasses ordered by assistant! Poor value for money
