Really poor communication from the Leominster ADDICTION office. I was told twice my message had been taken and someone will be I touch with myself but they never need contact....... I don't want to waste my time calling again to be ignored

My 1st opinion of Addaction wasn't good, i was constantly moved pillar 2 post meetin workers who didn't even no my name let alone have my records! Then totally ignored 4 @ least 8mths, no letter, no phone call/text! Struggled 2 cope @ times as used 2 talkin openly but in confidence! Then randomly my pharmacist said I had appointment set up that Mon! Attended & was told I'd missed 2 previous appointments! I responded if u read my file there's conditions set & agreed u either phone or text 2 confirm appointments as I av a puppy who chews any mail/ brochure/ admag (anything) unless I'm there & this systems worked 4 over 2yrs with no problem! Finally I seem 2 have a permanent key worker who thankfully I gel with well & feel I can b honest! If I wrote all the problems I'd had especially with a very rude manager I'd Neva stop, all I hope is it can only get better as what other choice do I have?????

They make it real hard to give up think we are all liars and to keep you on drugs to keep themselves in jobs but the standards of the workers especially supervisors ect have gone way way downhill, since it became ad-action know wonder all the good end left !! Bar one or two
