Terrible service if you have to order prescriptions over the phone. Rude and unaccomodating reception staff - where is the duty of care ? Cannot order a prescription over the phone at 4pm on Friday - but you can walk in and order any time in person - very annoyed ! Some of us don't have access to a phone whilst working all day !!!

I have been seeing them since i was born and they have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

No appointments for a week at a time if you are bad make sure you book your sickness in advance snotty receptionists did not need them for 10 years when you need a bit of help you can't get it!!!!!!
