Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Curteous and professional. They provided a taller car at no extra cost. Taxi driver helped my mum in and out of cab. They also quoted cheaper than other local cab firms from WX to North Mid. Thank you so much you took a weight off our shoulders that day and we would definitely use you again :)

Came 15 minutes late with no apology or help with bags for an airport trip so not impressed

I would definitely not recommend using this taxi service. We waited for an hour for the taxi. They kept telling us the car would be there in 5 minutes over and over. Eventually they told us someone else had taken our taxi. They agreed, after some insistence on our part, to send another taxi, but would not tell us how long it would take. We got a taxi from another company.

I've used this car service many times and never had a problem and recently they have employed English speakers which is very helpful and they seem to have only luxs cars which is a bonus if your looking for a nice car to get from A to B

Despite being quoted for my journey the driver asked for more money and was very rude that I complained. Not a good service
