I recently booked a taxi with Essex Cabs for my airport drop off. I spoke to the driver the day before and all the details we're confirmed, I even sent a text with all of the details. At 4.15am my taxi was due to arrive but he didn't show up. I tried to call several times but no answer. I even sent a number of texts but no reply. At this point I began to panic as it was half 4 in the morning and I had no taxi to take me and my family to the airport. They were also booked to pick me up from the airport but again they failed to show up. I can honestly say this was the worst experience of my life and if it wasn't for another local taxi firm 'Abbey Cars' being so efficient I could have easily missed my flight. Will never use this firm again. And just for the record, they still haven't replied to my messages with an explanation as to why they didn't turn up.😡

Booked to pick us up at 2am then cab turnt up late and driver had some other bloke in the car!!!!! Driver said he had to take him home first then he took us a long way home and overcharged us. Dodgy firm!!!!
