Told I would have a taxi in 15 - 20 mins then the lady manning the office closed up shop and left. No taxi ever arrived and I had to wait 45 mins to get an Uber in the area. Absolutely awful service.
Booked a taxi to the airport, the driver was late, and he came in an old style taxi which could only go to a certain speed limit and drove super slow down the M25. Was not worth the £91 he charged me!!
Great service, picked up early and despite more traffic due to rail strike got me to my appointment
The driver said I couldn’t sit in the front seat. There was no one else with me and when I sat in the front he refused. Hopefully it wasn’t racially associated but I was either way disappointedService: Limousines
I have used them for many years, other than some expected traffic related delays they have been efficient.
Very limited fleet at peak time. Only used the service as a necessity and it was okay at best. Will only be using this service as a last resort.
Tried to book a cab for a 2 mile local drive. Chap who answered the phone simply said they've got nothing then hung up!
Booked taxi to Gatwick return, punctual, pleasent and reliable driver.
Pre booked cabs for a certain time and no one turned up and I didn't receive a phone call explaining anything
