I had a driver named Vinny, he took us to London gave us a great tour around the area. The coach was spotless, very clean for us. He was a fantastic driver. Excellent service will be coming again thank you so much vinny. Really do recommend Premier coaches.

We reserve the right to defend ourselves. The customer booked a 50 seater coach to Dorney Lakes -at no time did we receive any communication that no body was going to turn up at Waltham Cross -we were then faced with a situation that two passengers who worked for this company arrived and expected the driver to take them to Surrey in a 50 seater coach ?? My driver point blank refused and if they had a problem it should be with the people they know -who let them down so badly on the day -their own friends who couldn't call them and tell them that their trip was off. Please don't blame our company -we are a good company and transport hundreds of passengers in a year and never let them down. We all have issues that arise during the year but we say sorry and try harder the next time. I find the customers remarks insulting and insist on an apology from them and the company that booked our coach 3 months in advance and only paid a deposit to hold the date and would not pay the balance after phone call after phone call - then two days before was called and told the balance would be paid -but you guessed it -no money came our way.

Do not use this company. Absolute Shambles. Take your money and then change the rules to suit them. We Arrived early for a departure time of 11:15. After paying £50 for a taxi from Stevenage to get to the pick up point in Waltham cross and waiting for an hour for other travellers that didn't show up, even though we had received texted confirmation that no one else was coming the driver then refused point blank to take us to the venue as he was paid to do as 'there were only two of you', his words!! So. The day out that was organised by my husbands company at Dorney Lakes was cancelled for us and because of this we were left stranded in Waltham cross, with a closed train line and so therefore no taxis available to take us back home. We had no choice but to begin walking the 20 odd miles home and just hope that at some point during the day we would be able to get a taxi. Finally gave up trying to get a taxi at 7:30 pm after ringing all the numbers we could find online from Waltham cross through to hoddesdon, we ended up having to phoned a friend to come and save us. A free day out to chill with colleagues and friends ended up costing over £200 as I was not dressed for walking and had to buy new footwear and socks and blister plasters, and obviously food and drinks along the way as we were to be fed when we arrived at the event. The driver claimed they wouldn't risk doing the journey as they hadn't taken full payment only a deposit. This was also premier coaches fault, due to an error in their systems not my husbands company who did try to pay but were told payment couldn't be taken due to a system failure; Payment would be taken in full on arrival at the venue on the date of the event. At one point the driver spoke to a colleague and told him that no-one was here even though myself and my husband were clearly on his coach waiting to go, and I might add at that point we were being very patient. He then suggested that we just go down the pub, forget the day out and he'd invoice my husbands company for three hours. He clearly didn't want to do the journey in the first place, complaining that he'd have to wait at the venue for the return journey and sit on the 'car park' that is the M25!! Surely that's his career choice and what a coach driver would expect to do. I've been informed that the manager is on holiday so a strong letter will be on its way for when he returns though looking at the previous review he couldn't give a damn and probably won't reply.
