As a first time buyer, purchasing a flat was a pretty scary prospect. I knew I'd likely go with a flat through eddisonwhite as i just felt that the flats I was shown were a higher standard then others I visited. From viewing flats, to exchanging - James was happy to help. He was prepared to show me all the flats in my budget range so I really got a feel for the market. Then when I'd made the offer, he was always at the end of the phone/email to help with any questions or problems I had, as well as being super proactive in moving things along between solicitors and making sure the vendor and I knew what was going on. A huge thank you - super excited to move into my new flat!
I had a great experience selling my property with Eddison White. Emma was completely amazing throughout the whole process - always happy to help and kept me updated every step of the way. It was very reassuring to work with Emma during what was a pretty long and stressful time - I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Whilst I hold a cynical view regarding the value some estate agents can bring to the property selling process, I must admit that our experience with Eddison White was nothing but exemplary. They earned every penny of their commission. I cannot fault their professionalism, commitment and motivation for selling our home. I thoroughly recommend them.

Better than SW19. Professional, courteous and won't waste your time. James Wenham and the rest of the team were brilliant from start to finish. They are highly knowledgeable, always available and go out of their way to ensure the best service possible. Could not recommend Eddison White more highly.
I visited a flat and submitted an application to rent it within hours of visiting it. I went in person to their offices, filled out all the forms, gave them all the documents they asked for ID, bank statement, proof of right to rent, and they told me they would be in touch soon. A week passed and I did not hear back from them, so I decided to call them to follow up on my application. They had absolutely no idea who I was and had no record of my application being submitted at all, they told me an application made on the same day mine was made had been accepted but that it was not mine. They offered their apologies, and said that they should've called me to tell me my application had not been selected by the landlord. But that does nothing for me, it doesn't change the fact that I wasted a week when I could've looked at other properties. Being contacted about the outcome of the application like they said they would do was the bare minimum I expected them to do, so I cannot imagine how they perform in other areas of their job. The only way I can describe them after this terrible interaction is as completely unprofessional.
