Brought my daughter only 2 years of age in to get some information about her tummy as she’s been getting sick constantly, no help no referrals nothing, just told me to keep an eye on it. Turns out she’s been lactose intolerant As I had to do my research else where. I rang up to see if I could get further assessments & a referral and was told to come in and get her bloods taken.nnTurned up and the nurse wasn’t wearing any gloves, and wanted to take bloods, needle was already in the equipment used to take bloods.nnI stopped her and questioned why she had no gloves on. I didn’t continue with it as I felt it was inappropriate. I made a complaint to the the manager who apparently takes down complaints and was told they do not wear gloves whilst taking bloods. Which is very unprofessional.nnI was asked to go back in for another appointment and they decided that there was no need to get her bloods taken. Rang up for a referral to see a dietician and again I was told to go in for an assessment get her back on the one thing that was making her sick “milk” to see if her guts better and take it from there.nnHonestly I just think it’s an absolute joke and they seriously need better professionals at this practice.nnI’ve had to go directly to a dietician to get this assessed and get some help than deal with these lot.

It's not a terrible surgery, but it is difficult to get an appointment. Only a couple of good doctors, the rest basically just stick you on pills and leave you to it. Reception staff are friendly.

Unfortunately after being a patient for 47 years this practice is definitely not what is was. Trying to get my online repeat prescription sorted after it not being updated. Trying to speak to the prescription clerk is an impossibility, the line is permanently engaged, and if you ask reception to put you through you get cut off. I appreciate how busy the staff are, but surly the system could be improved. I’m now going to be without my medication until I can speak to the clerk in question when he/she is back on duty.

Rang to day for prescription as grand child has hole in ear has had operation to close to be told have no body to speak to ring 111 as we can not help you the time of call was 1150 this practice has gone down hill since Pearson and tasker left service is very terrible have asked for pratice manager to ring me to day about complaint to be told will try l am going to complain to the cqc about this practice

A good surgery, staff are friendly at reception but rush you off phone yet they take ages to answer and thats if they answer... the Dr's are great, with the likes of Tasker Binmore, Dr Nasir Nabi , Dr Flloyd and Dr Rawat are some of the best ive dealt with and i put DR Nabi in top spot as he has looked after me since i was 10 or 11, im now 44... Thanks to all.
