*** BRILLIANT*** I think the reception staff here are fantastic and to be frank I have seen them put up with ALOT of abuse when in actual fact they have done nothing wrong !! I have a family of four and we all get an extremely lovely service - we even receive telephone calls to make sure we are all up to date with things . Well done to EVERYONE working @ The Glebe Family Practice Oh and YES WE ARE A WORKING FAMILY TOO 😁

Your blood pressure Will go up just trying to speak to the reception here! 6 weeks for an appointment! Only open weekdays mornings and afternoon's and no late nights! So if your one of the few people left that actually still works for a living and genuingly still contributes towards the crumbling NHS you csn never get seen! Terrible its a disgrace. You'd think if you have recorded health issues that need regular checks they would call you in or remind you? No! High blood pressure? Better off going to the local chemist to get it checked otherwise you coukd be dead before they see you! Terrible terrible terrible No wonder A&E is clogged up! People need to see GPs at times that suit them not at times that suit staff!

Not great. Doctors are ok but receptionists can be very hit and miss, they seem to think they are doctors themselves which they are not. Have had problems getting new doctors which is not their fault with national shortage but does not help the long waiting times. Last two times i tried to get an appointment i was told they don't have any and to go to the walk in clinic.

The doctors may be good but you'll die in the wait for them. 6 weeks for an appointment and the receptionists have some delusion that they can talk down to everyone and be as rude as they like. Absolute shambles. I'd be ashamed to work there.

Terrible service by the receptionists! Very rude and very judgemental. Not fit for purpose!
