It's a modern bus station. There's a help desk inside the travel office, the staff are reasonably helpful. There's a Greg's Caffè with seating and a takeaway section too. Recently some shops have been added. They appear to be reasonably priced too!

Anyone who regularly uses the 195, 196 from stand 12 will know what a shambolic service this is getting to be lately. The amount of times in a month these buses fail to turn up is beyond belief. Most other services from here seem ok though.

Lots of different destinations. A Greggs and stalls. Located next to the market and across the road from trinity walk.

It serves its purpose as a bus station. There are some convenient facilities such as paid toilets and an ATM. There is also Greggs and some other shops where you can get food and drink fast and for an affordable price. It is a bit dirty, although a there are people cleaning the bus station. So it is due to people being careless and dirty, rather than the bus station's management's negligence. But that's Wakefield for you right there.
