This railway station sits on the line that heads towards Leeds in one direction and Huddersfield in the other.nnTrains seem to pass through here very frequently but not all of them stop here though.nnThere is definite signs of closed circuit television coverage for security purposes.nnThere is also a bicycle rack that sits on the Leeds bound platform and can accommodate about 6 bicycles if necessary.nnBoth platforms have seating areas that are covered and they both have seating if you want to sit outside instead.nnThe entrance to the railway station sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and consequently there is no official car parking spaces here. Obviously you could be dropped off or picked up from here but parking at the end of a cul-de-sac is not easy as it is not an official car parking area and that also means there is no disabled car parking spaces either.
This station that I haven’t seen when I visited this area by bus, back in the 2010’s by train from Manchester and Leeds including Liverpool and in 2 months ago from Hebden Bridge.
