I got on the bus 200 today 14/12/2022 from Dewsbury road hub to City center Leeds at about 10:30am and forgot my purse containing my passport, international drivers license and BRP card. I need your help if you found it please please please.
It has always been a good experience travelling in arriva bus. However, I forgot my black suit jacket today morning while travelling on bus 113 from Dewsbury Hospital 07:15am to Pontefract hospital. Can someone help me retrieve it ? Thank you!
The driver of the 202/203 bus was excellent he took the time to explain and took the time to show us where we needed to be due to the road diversion via mirfield due to major roadworks at Cooper Bridge it puts over an hour on your journey from dewsbury to Huddersfield Thank you your a credit to arriva
Very difficult to get through to the depot. Live chat yielded nothing - promised the direct number but didn't get it from the operative. Tried direct dialling to the depot the next day and no response. Finally rang a number which was listed as the depot but was in fact Arriva main office . On hold for 3 mins being told my call was valued only to be cut off. Tried again, spoke to an operative who then put me back on hold ... Someone else picked up and didn't introduce herself/role or location which lead to a misunderstanding about my call. Sorry guys but you were lacking in customer care; support techniques for phone enquiries and seemed to know nothing about customer phone line etiquette.... And I still dont have my much needed specs!

Good Bus Station, Also Great Security!
Work place, clean and tidy a little bit of a small street but busy traffic
Every nicely laid out, friendly staff help with all needs
Arriva buses come and go from here. They have beddybyes time here... It's a flipping bus depot, what else!
