Such a nice place to shop especially compared to Sainsbury's. The staff are lovely and helpful, it's well stocked and easy parking especially for my son who is disabled big spaces right outside for blue badge holders. The main car park spaces are small but there is normally somewhere available. Price wise it's no more than Sainsbury's and there are plenty of tills normally open.
Amazing staff so helpful, I went in today to buy wine for my wedding and Harry and Stephen went above and beyond to assist me so friendly, professional and polite.

After using the in-store pick up option for gifts I would like to say the Collection/Customer Services staff are just wonderful, helpful and most polite. I had a query which they dealt with quickly and in a most professional way.

Good stuff, but super busy just before xmas
This was an exceedingly brief encounter to purchase two items. However, the layout and order within the store was particularly noteworthy. The check out transaction in front of me encountered a snag and a very helpful, professional staff member immediately moved me to the front of another check out. This experience highlights the importance of small details and customer service and also ensures I will, in the near future, revisit for more than two items.
Easy parking. Small queue to enter due to social distancing. Great friendly staff that are so willing to help.
