Staff are always pleasent. I often go in to pay cash into my Monzo account and they're always happy to oblige.

very rude old lady banned me for no reason. would not shop here terrible service and she should be dealt with

Decent range for the size of the shop but more expensive than others.

Give praise where it's due! As busy as the staff are they take the time to get to know the regulars and I find them all extremely helpful. Louise is always smiling, makes me smile even when I'm having a bad day.

The shop is usually untidy, colleagues keep chatting at the tills and there's no sense of urgency, so the queue to the tills is usually very slow-moving. It's hard to find things in the aisles and the shelves happen to be empty in patches every now and again. As with all Coops, quality to price ratio is very unfavourable. I shop there only because it's the only shop within a mile.
