Absolutely awful experience, they say they are wheelchair friendly which is a absolute joke.....wife is in a wheelchair and todays ordeal we will wont be going back.... all the aisles blocked with produce to put out so we could hardly get down them , staff telling us we had room which was just awful.... we complained about the wheelchair trolleys 3 weeks ago burried behind other trolleys outside, and yes again we couldn't get to them without moving at least 20 other trolleys. If you are disabled and in a wheelchair avoid this place....
Really upset with a member of staff who is not disability friendly at carterton . There was an item that did not correctly come off with more card purchase. I asked if the lady would read the receipt as I can’t read receipts at times. She read it and the amount had not come off for the discount. She was quite reluctant in helping meSo I had to go to customernservices who saw it hadn’t correctly come off the final amount. The customer service and a member who helped locate the correctnmore price were fantastic .The lady who served me originally and the next customer rolled their eyes at her like I was a nuisance for askingI feel saddened through no fault of my own that the price had not effectively reduced. I won’t be back now #autism awareness # be kind
If you’re only going to have self service checkouts, at least have the decency of not leaving people stood there waiting for store approval like there has been some kind of staffing apocalypse.

Carterton morrisons is one of the best morrions! Also the employee Aaron lodge deserves a raise very helpful guy!
