For weeks EVRI parcel printer is not working. Waist of time to visit the shop for it!

Good selection of products and the staff in here are so lovely, there is one lady in particular who always goes out of her way to be polite and help everyone in the store. I know the manager of this store knows how much all the people who shop here think of her.

This is a well stocked but smaller coop, they have a fair amount of offers on and a fair range. It's a little cramped at the tills and with a terribly positioned pillar it can be hard to see if the next till is free but that's about the only complaint

Mostly have some friendly staff.

“If we don’t know what you are talking about, we clearly don’t have it” - why yes of course, however sort your tone out love. Trying to embarrass a customer for asking a question as they obviously don’t know anything about what you stock is poor service. Singling out normal people and picking and choosing your favourite customers is awful customer service too. Shame on you! For anyone who shops here, won’t be hard to miss this one. :
