Really rude staff. For some reason two staff members don`t like people bringing in parcels to drop off. The balding middle age chap with glasses and the lady with pink hair. The rest of the staff are fine. These two are miserable as sin.
Friendly team, unfortunately, had to pack own shopping today, when you have critical fingers it's not easy to pick up the articles to place in the bag. 10/10/22 Today placed shopping into a plastic shopping bag. Placing items in a bag can be painful. 21/11/23 Placed shopping myself in a plastic bag. It's painful to pick up items to bag.
Went in to return a parcel, one member off staff was rude considering i didn't know how to use the label printing machine. And the other member helped me as the label didn't print correctly.
Any time I come here it's like being transported to a zombie movie set. The fluorescent lighting... The dead atmosphere.. And absolutely no useful stock. They didn't even have unsalted butter. You're f-d if you need the basic fruit and veg but Angel Delight and ready made refrigerated burgers? No worries come here as much as you like because of course those are never out of stock. Really? Who even buys Angel Delight now anyway? Bring back the old boys who were there, at least I could actually get BASIC ESSENTIALS from them.
Perfectly decent convenience store. If you want cheaper prices then go to asda or lidl. Staff are friendly , sometimes you have to wait for them to get to till, if they have no customers they do other stuff, but heh not in a rush so what does it matter. Too many people expect immediate these days
Only just used the collect plus service but lovely chap. Nice to see service with a smile even through a mask!.
Just wanted to say thank you for opening during this ''keep us safe'' time keeping your shelves stocked etc being on the shop front it is appreciated keep safe xx
Very expensive compared with most other spar shops , seems to stick any old inflated prices
Why are the staff wondering around the shop without masks putting customers at risk and not complying with the law?
Very expensive. Staff could do with a bit of customer service training
