We used the campsite with our motorhome while attending a wedding at a nearby venue. We ate breakfast at the Wagon and Horses and my daughter and her husband stayed in the hotel accommodation. Excellent value for money. The motorhome became embedded in mud after very heavy rain. The smiling landlord fired up his tractor and had us moving in minutes. Recommend the place without reservation.

A very friendly welcome awaits you at the Waggon and Horses, and the friendliness continued throughout our stay by all the staff. There is a large public car park but also a smaller guests car park which nearer to the the accommodation. If you look on street view on Google Maps you will see the guests car park. The food we found to be excellent there is an extensive menu for lunches and evening meals. A very good breakfast a choice of cereals, fruit Juice, coffee or tea, toast and a full english, with or without black pudding. We will stay there again without doubt
