One of my favourite places to eat! My son loves the food as much as I do which massively helps! I'm disappointed that the prices have gone up again and some of our favourites seem to have dropped off the menu. I really hope they bring back tori kara age, and the teriyaki chicken hyashi bowl pictured. The service is always friendly and quick, the atmosphere is feel good, and the food puts a smile on my face.
We went for a family meal at Wagamamas. The children loved the mini katsu curry 3 and 5 year olds. Staff were really friendly and quick at serving food.
Absolutely never fails to deliver a positive experience. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and banging food! Kid-friendliness: Kids get a kid-friendly menu and some crayons for colouring. To be honest, seems a little basic but kept little guy occupied. Does what it’s intended to do.
Very hit and miss. Had good service and good food and also bad service and bad food. Most of the time it’s okay but the staff kind of let it down. Nice atmosphere inside. Worth a visit if you’ve not booked anywhere but expect a small wait as there’s usually a queue outside. Asked for a large cappuccino and received a stone cold coffee about the size of the green tea. Unsure how that’s a large.
My partners and my first time in the Peterborough wagamama. Being seated was quick coming to take our order was quick getting the food was quick. Staff were lovely, such a delight. The food was presented really well and tasted amazing. I would LOVE to give extra credit to Joanna and Issac they made sure our every need was met, we ordered a desert and issac approached the table, super apologetic, telling us the desert was a bit beaten up but ediable super apologetic we agreed to take it anyway and when Joanna brought it out again super apologetic explaining that she ment nothing negative from giving us this specifically. Absolutely lovely those 2 and definitely worth a visit if near by.
Went in to wagamama today, first impression greated with a smile from all the chefs, then all the FOH staff, been seated right a the back in cooler bit of the restaurant as its a hot day outside, had the blossom lemonade was the best made by oli, my waiter took care of us I think her name was Ala, special thank you to the chef and everyone made our day what an amazing food and amazing team, well done for the service guys keep it up.
Got a takeaway and it was just awful. Gyoza was just burnt, ramen noodles were just a mush and no flavour in the soup stock. The only nice thing was grilled chicken.Food: 1/5
The food tastes amazing, can't knock the quality and the portions. Service was friendly and the price was pretty good also. Meal for 4 with drinks each and a starter came to about £25 each. Would have been 5 stars. However, I wasn't a fan of the seating layout. Long tables with other dinners meant conversions with our party were difficult as you felt like you had to raise your voice.
Went today with my 92 year old mother in a wheelchair. The two girls who served us were so friendly and kind and even the manager came over to have a chat. Food was top quality as always. Highly recommend a visit. We love going here. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent facilities
Came here about a month ago: I Had never been here before. And *WOW* not only was the customer service spot on and very welcoming. But the food was *AMAZING*. Staff were so friendly and so helpful and extra brownie points for a service with a smile. They made me feel so welcome and gave me their choice of what to recommend to try. Was very quick service with everything. From being served, to then receiving my food. The food was amazing! So fresh and colourful and full of flavour, and the presentation was just beautiful! Would HIGHLY recommend in coming here! A well deserved 5 ..
